Sapphire Homes is a family owned and operated by Warren McDonald. With over 20 years building experience he is dedicated to ensuring each home he builds encompasses client input committing himself to build dream homes that compliment personal ideas and the individual needs of his clients.
As a local to the Coffs Harbour area Warren has seen the growth and changes that have occurred through the Mid North Coast in the building industry. This allows him to help advise his clients through their building process.
Sapphire Homes had the honour of being the chosen builder of the North Sapphire Beach Estate where the construction of the boardwalks, Beachstone Café, Display Home, Toilets, Picnic shelters, were all modern in appearance and classic in design.
